Package 5's aren't being shipped into Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan or as well as I can figure, any other nearby state. Are you aware of a region where package 5's are being allocated? I know I'll have to go to the bottom of a long list, but that's the package I want. Any recommendation of a good dealer would also be appreciated.

Use the USPS ZIP code lookup to get some ZIP codes for different Toyota regions (I think there's about a dozen or so).
