I have a 2007 Prius. When I accelerate, I notice an annoying vibrating noise (almost a buzzing noise) coming from my dashboard (rightside). It stops when I have reached the speed that I then cruise at.

Does anyone else have this ? It's just annoying...lol


I just traded my 2003 Prius for the 2007 a week ago...never noticed it with the 2003.

Is the tray properly installed in the upper glove box?

Fire's right. Check the tray in the upper glove box. Unless it's changed since my 04, it needs to be slipped in a groove and will rattle like crazy if just resting on the ridges.

My 2006 shelf rattled too.. I think I ended up just dismounting it

It shouldn't rattle is it is installed properly. Make sure the tabs in the glove box are slipped into the groves on the shelf. The rattle comes from the shelf sitting on top of the tabs.
