After spending nearly 20 minutes cleaning up all the posts from this latest spambot I have turned off guest posting in all but the help forum.

Visual Comfirmation

Guest posts will now require visual confirmation of a passphrase. When making a guest post the user will be presented an image with a code in it that they will need to type in in order to submit a post.

That's good. Sometimes I forget to log in, and end up making guest posts. Now I will know.
