Do you think that Toyota would let us attend some of their training classes for Prius service technicians? If they would, any idea how much it would cost?

From the language, looks like anyone can attend classes, since independents may need specialized training too. No mention of cost online though that I can see.

Thanks. First I went to Techinfo.toyota.com, and followed some links here and there, where I finally got to that one.

The training materials are available if you have a techinfo.toyota.com subscription.

you have to work for a dealer to get into the proprietary toyota classes. t-ten pretty much requires you to select a career track at the dealer, pretty sure their students work at the dealer for experience, but we don't know anyone who's gone through that way.

requirements for the hybrid training are ase master cert, toyota master cert, and some number of years at toyota.
