I'm using a Sony-Ericsson T610. I don't know if they still make those though.

Im using motorola v600 it works great on the prius, reception is pretty good. I also have a Nokia 3650 but i do not recommend that the reception is bad. Also try the motorola A630 and motorola V330 both from Tmobile. Or the Blackberry....
