Nobody can answer color questions but yourself. It's all a matter of personal preference. You might want to consider making your choice based on which dealer you prefer. Service, helpfulness, etc. If you are going to get dealer financing, which offers you the better rate? Does either one require you to buy dealer add-ons you don't want? Are they both MSRP? If you are trading in an old car, does one offer you more for your trade-in? If you plan on using the same dealer for service (you don't have to) does one have a better reputation for speed & quality? Is one more willing to listen to you and explain stuff to you?

When I bought my last car (a Civic) in 1988, it came down to a Corolla or a Civic. The Toyota dealer lied to me (about the Civic), accused Consumers Union of anti-American bias (this dealer also sold Buics) and generally took the attitude that he'd be doing me a favor by selling me a car. Meanwhile, the Honda dealer was honest, helpful, and eager to provide me with information and to get me the exact options and color I wanted. This Toyota dealer had a dreadful reputation for service. So in the end, having narrowed the field to two cars of equal quality, I made my choice based on the dealer. For 15 years I got great service from that dealer. (Then Toyota came along with the '04 Prius and overcame my loyalty to Honda. :? )

Have you seen the green firsthand? It may not be as green as you'd expect. Louie
No, I haven't seen the green one anywhere. I really like the blue but I just got home with the silver one, I like the gray interior. I took it up to 80 on the freeway and then brought it home. I have a whopping 10 miles on it. Sure is nice :) . It is a BC package '05. I got a pre pay maintenance package for oil changes and services at 15k, 30k, and 45k. It includes 11 oil changes, every 5k, up to 55k.

Interior color

I have a 2004 Seaside Pearl(pkg #9) with beige interior and believe me ,you want the darker color .You can see EVERYTHING on the biege suede.
I wouldn't have picked this color but the guy who ordered the car didn't buy it ,so I was at the right place at the right time .I will probably get leather so I can wipe down instead of cleaning these seats, armrest, etc.

BUT,the car never ceases to amaze me. I've had it now for 2 mos. I had it up to 80 mph the other day and it felt like 30 mph. Iy was that quiet.
I usually average 48 mpg.
I've bought 7 Toyotas now and this one is way more advanced than anything ............

color choice

depends on color of your eyes...silver works with all colors, so you chose wisely, but it is best with blue or green eyes. Beige is great with hazel or brown eyes.

External color is largely a matterr of taste, although I certainly wouldn't buy a dark car in areas of much sunlight. However, as far as the interior, I would opt for the dark grey. I have a beige interior (just a few days old now) and I am sure it's going to look pretty crumby before long. It's just too light; it will show every stain. For the life of me, I cannot understand why the carpeting has to be so light (just short of off-white).

I think the beige/black interior looks quite sharp but as the others noted, the beige is quite light. I've had a Corolla with beige interior before and it stood up quite well. Tideland Pearl isn't all that green and is more grey. Silver is the safe colour (esp. at resale).
