Sorry to ruin everyone's fun and potential income source, but...

The OP seemed to ask an legitimate question. If he had done a tad of searching, he would've found the solution rather easily, but...

Note that it only works for the North American Prius. You may have to try a few times to get the procedure right (see the different links for some slightly different user suggestions to make it work.)

If you have a UK/European/Australian Prius, the wire to cut to stop the reverse beep was (maybe) identified, but no one has been brave enough to try cutting it...

backup beeper
