Spot weld marks near strut towers — factory or accident repair? (2013 Prius, used)

Hi everyone,

I bought a 2013 Prius used last year. While checking under the hood, I noticed grinding/spot weld marks around the strut tower area on both sides.

Are these normal factory weld/grind marks, or could they be signs of past accident repair?
