After paying $4000 more with original dealership, and being told I couldn't get an alarm with no explanation, emailed other nearby dealership. The Service Manager called and was knowledgeable and nice, explained that with Smart Entry, can't add an alarm & Toyota doesn't recommend after-market alarm due to battery concerns. I was glad for an explanation & will be going to them for service -- further away but trustworthy.
