Could you post a copy of this TSB? Hard to know if it's been done without knowing what the TSB does...

I submitted what I was told over the phone by a Toyota service mechanic. I do not have the TSB .

The date Feb 19th 2004 is accurate, and the bases off the text is "re-calibration of the ECU"

that's all I have.
