You'll think the same thing too, when you read it for yourself and realize that the basic culture at Toyota is one of entrepeneurship and innovation. Whether it's an electronic part, an IC, the hybrid battery components, or some other doohickey, those folks not only decide to do something, they ACTIVELY DECIDE to become the world leader and do it BETTER than anybody else.
This is the attitude it takes to be a winner. It's the attitude it takes to be the #1 car company in the world. In fact, I think I'll just start giving them the benefit of the doubt and call 'em that.
