For some odd reason I am unable to download the pdf file. Can you give us a link to the original website page and maybe I can go to the original site and try to download this information. Thanks for your help.

Well, I'll be darned. I am persistent, if nothing else. For 3 days I have tried to access that pdf. file and I kept getting error messages. But I kept trying each day-- several times a session. And voila! It just "behaved" itself and acrobat reader popped up and I could read and print the document. Darned if I know why it would not "work" before.

Thanks for the document access. I really appreciate it.
