Since I'm going to Florida soon, I thought I would search the dealerships down there. If their websites are up to date, many dealers have 1 or 2 in stock. Couldn't find mine but thought this info might help others. Go to the Toyota web site, click on find a dealer. I searched all the major cities and most had at least one dealer with a car in stock or available very soon. Would sure be worth a one way ticket!

Thanks for the info! I have relatives looking around Florida for me. It seems that even pre-sold Prius are making it onto the dealer's available inventory. There is no good way to distinguish through the website whether it is truely on the lot or if it is pre-sold.

I'm in N. Fla and just picked mine up Friday......waiting since Christmas Eve. I do not think the websites are accurate as my dealer now has a list 45 people long and they are not accepting any more deposits........
