Yes, in fact some would argue that this was established almost 3 or more years ago. However, it doesn't matter how often it is repeated, it is still true.

If one of our beloved cars is a Prius, are two, well, Prii?
5.5 years ago when we asked the Executive Engineer at Toyota itself how they referred to many Prius, the answer was "Prius". Since they named it, they do actually get to decide. After all, our language is filled with examples of references like that.

Using Prius that way does have a stealth effect too. Just look at how GM claimed they hadn't noticed how many actually there were... after losing $10,600,000,000 last year.

A group of Prii are known as a "charge of Prii" and a baby Prius is, of course, a "hatchling".

As Prius is a noun of "U-declination", the plural is just PRIUS !
Greetings,Thomas.
Thomas, I will wager that you write and speak English more correctly than most of us born in the States. Thanks for the input. A "noun of U-declination" is a phrase I shall try to casually work into the conversation this week and see what happens. :)
