These guys are good. One price listed on the window next to the msrp. No haggling needed. One salesperson to deal with, no finance, turnovers or closers. Our salesman drove the prius to our house and drove our trade-in back. We did the paperwork on the kitchen table. He asked me to come in and report on our trips and how the car performed.

We just did our 5,000 mile service. I browsed, ate an apple, enjoyed fresh decaf coffee in a modern table and chair plus plush sofas area merged into the huge cool showroom. It changes your opinion of what a car dealer can be.

More on Avondale Prius purchase

It's been almost 6 months now and our salesman at Avondale Toyota, Richard Lim, still treats us like family. I don't like to shill for anyone but this forum has said to mention anyone outstanding and Richard is that. They pay their salesmen similar to fleet sales where they get unit not price commissions. That motivates them to get you into the right car for you.

I agree with the previous post. I have only been to Avondale Toyota once for service and I'll keep going there. Great dealership, honest and reasonable pricing for services in phoenix area. Avoid Camelback toyota.

Dave, did you have a bad experience with Camelback Toyota?

I have purchased three new Toyotas from them over the years, and I have been very satisfied with both sales and service. However, as with any retail establishment, one needs to be a knowledgeable consumer when dealing with them or any dealer -- "caveat emptor".
