Are the packages additive? That is, is the #2 package the #1 package with more goodies, the #3 package #2 with more goodies, etc, culminating in package #6 having everything?

Check this website for package details. The answer to your question is "generally yes" but not always.

Your information is out of date. The intermittent rear wiper is standard on the 2005. My question is really based on the electrochromic rearview mirror, which first shows up in package 2 and is not mentioned again until packages 5 and 6. When I finally get to choose a package (which I understand will be about Christmas time), I'm going to ask for #4, which does not list the mirror.

I'm getting my data from the http://www.carsontoyota.com web site, which lists 2005 packages.
