New 2024 Prius questions

I'm picking up my new 2024 Prius Ltd tomorrow, AWD. I looked at ordering the parts listed with the video above, and they are back ordered at my dealer for a month. When I went to an OEM website, it said the disc wheel may not fit my car, and the flange nuts may not work, either. Has anyone done this with a 2024?

Mine is also a ltd. AWD and the parts worked perfectly. I ordered them from an Online dealer called sparksparts.com
they were also back ordered and I was told It could be a long wait but it was all shipped in a couple weeks. They also told me the thing about being unable to verify if they would fit. I guess since the cars came with no spare they don’t have a way to verify but all was fine. I also ordered an Amazon Jack and had the other tools needed so I avoided the Toyota price for those items. Best of luck, for us worriers it does give some peace of mind.
Is yours a 2023 or 2024? Sparkparts says the disc wheel won't fit my 2024. Just curious about your experience.

i finally got the spare installed in my 2024 Prius LTD. The odd thing is that I didn't use the protection plate or the flange nuts to hold it in place. The video shows the orange cable and box that the plate protects. There was none of that in my trunk. It was basically flat, so everything else went in as described, and it fits perfectly. The part that holds the spare in fits and screws into a hole in the trunk deck. I'm relieved to have a spare.

I don't know what to order, did you have part numbers ? My dealer tells me there are no such parts.
As I understand it, there are two styrofoam blocks, LH & RH, a plate for the top of the spare, and a hold down bolt
Other people have told me this, but I can't seem to find them. The cover you were talking about is for the AWD prius
This is from an earlier post on this thread, from December, I believe. There's also a video on how to put everything in. Look at post number 12 for the video. Turns out I didn't need the protector (part number 51978-47010) or flange nuts because I don't have an AWD vehicle, but I did use the other parts.

So do I need all these listed parts for my 2024 limited fwd? I don’t need the wheel and tire as I already have the spare tire and jack I just need the foam and bolt to secure it. 🤷🏻‍♂️
You don't need the first part listed (Protector, spare wheel carrier) or the flange nuts. You will need the 2 parts labeled Box, Deck Floor, both LH and RH. Those are the foam pieces. You will also need the Carrier, Spare Wheel (51931-10040)--this is the bolt to secure it. You will also need the Protector, Spare Wheel (64778-47090). This piece is where the tire sits and the bolt is screwed through this piece to secure the tire. Please refer to the video in post number 12 to see these parts and how they fit together. The video does show an AWD vehicle, so the parts I said you don't need are needed for that model. Hope this helps.
