In a nutshell, if you bought a Moto V710 thinking it would support OBEX and you have a BT-enabled device you intended to pair the phone with (like a Prius...), you have three options under this settlement:
a) Refund on the phone and any accessories, and penalty-free contract termination
b) Refund on the phone, but keep your Verizon service
c) $25 service credit.
This is the option I'll be taking. Not as good as getting fully-implemented BT, but I generally like my phone, so what the heck.
