Finally!

http://john1701a.com/gathering.htm

I've been waiting for ever for the stars to align again, so we can get together. And fortunately, I found a very large Starbucks in the southwest corner of the Twin Cities (Eden Prairie) that we gather inside of.

This time there will be more going on too. Beside the usual sharing of owner experiences, there will be some "how does it work" info presented, along with question answering.

Hope to see you there.

And if anyone has a good recipe for stuffing, bring it along.

We make stuffing of white rice, wild rice, sausage, hamburger, celery, onion, seasoning. Very yummy. :) And, it's easy to eat with chopsticks (sometimes we have visiting Chinese to supper). Pumpkin pie is not easy to eat with chopsticks, in case anyone wonders, but it's doable.

HEY SANNY!.....take some FLAN!

I know the bear will probably not be there but eh.....and it should be an extreme challenge to eat the flan with chopsticks!

Why stop there? When you're cooking, you should cook like you mean it!

Stuff that chicken with a Cornish Hen.

Then stuff an Ostridge with the turkey/duck/chicken/cornish hen combination.

Bake on 450 for about three weeks....

Stuffing isn't just the act. The result must be a gooey mash of carbohydrate that can be doused in gravy and shoveled into my already overextended gut. Get with the program here pilgrims!

Bird in a bird, indeed!
