Congratulations! Throughout the winter I averaged 44.7 mpg. Over the past month or so, with spring temperatures rising, my MPG has climbed past 51. I'm thinking there may be something to this warmer weather/higher mileage talk.hudspith said:

I'm on my 3rd tank and the computer is reading between 50 and 51, so hoping to pass the 50 mark, but it's still chilly here in the mornings when I start out so I guess that accounts for it. I was reminded that the Prius is primarily a non-polluting car, so it apparently takes more fuel when it's cold to be sure we don't pollute. In either case, I feel very lucky to have it.
