I left town for 6 months with aux battery positive term disconnected on my 2002 Prius with 102,000 miles. Returned to find aux bat okay (horn, headlights etc work), but car won't start and there is a main battery warning light displayed on dashboard. Is there any other cause than hybrid battery bad? I am about to have car towed to a repair shop and wonder what options I have? I understand it is possible to rebuild the lithium battery. Is this my only option? Is this a good way to go if the battery is bad? HELP:frown:
