i read in one post recently that ken from japan is running a tach. pretty cool although there is not much driving control for the tach the info would be nice. who else has tried this and what kind of results :?: :?:
It seems the tach output he used is not available in the US. However, I found it unclear if people assumed that because no wire goes to that terminal, or the data is at that pin, but is otherwise unused, much like the EV mod.
I know Attila has done substantiall work in deciphering data off of the CAN bus.
My tacho-meter is working pretty fine now.
My TACHO signal is came from one of the engine ECU pins, but it seems the US model has no such signal on your ECU.
However, there is an alternate signal called BIF at E4-23pin.
Are there anyone who would like to test my instrument?
If any, please send me a private message.
