I'm getting ready to jack up the rear wheels to inistall mudflaps, so thought I might as well rotate the tires. Does anyone know *exactly where* to jack up the car on its side so I can swap the front and rear tires at the same time without jacking the the car up twice? A picture would be ideal. :D Thanks.

jacking...

Check out http://john1701a.com/ go to "site map" and scroll all the way down to "changing oil". John has done a great job documenting this. As far as a single jacking point, don't know. I used jackstands on the front and then individually jacked the rear wheels up. Good luck. Drive fun, drive clean, Drive Prius!

mudflaps...

I installed the mudflaps 10,000 miles ago and have not see ANY change in mileage. My current tank of 252 miles is showing 53.2 MPG. That's a wide mix of highway (65 MPH) and city/urban (35-50 MPH). Lifetime is almost 47 MPG. I do think a roof rack will lessen MPG. Maybe someone else who has one can say for sure. Love my Prius!
