Is there way to increase Prius's FM reception?
Do I have to use a electric powered antena?

For my Classic, if the radio reception is getting staticy on all stations (and not just when I'm driving past another radio station's transmitter), I know it's time to raise the angle on the antenna again. I can't put it too high, though, as then it'll hit and catch on my low garage door. I usually keep it angled lower in the winter anyways, so there's less snow bend to the antenna.
