I read this information on the groups page, but haven't been able to find anything more... Does anyone know what happened with this, or how to apply for the free tolls in NY?

After extensive searching, I can find no evidence of this. The NY State
Assembly web page has a press release of environmental legislation
to be considered on Earth Day and other environmental legislation
announced recently, and there is no mention of eliminating tolls for hybrid
vehicles. I hope they do it though. It would be a great incentive.
