Have filled up twice in the first 750 miles. Have gotten 46.2 and 50.3 MPG.
Mostly freeway driving. Wondering if this is typical mileage?

Great car, great value for the money. Most automotive excitement for me since the mid/late 70'sI when I owned a Fiat x19 and later a Trans-Am.

750 miles...

You're right there amongst the normal! And it WILL get better. After 5000 or so miles everthing is loosened up a bit and you will learn how to max out the MPG. This car is such a joy to drive. Oh, and it's clean, too. The 50+ MPG is the bonus. Enjoy!

for many it is about average. i drive 65 (traffic permitting) or 70 depending on speed limits since we have 60 and 70 here and i average about 50-53 on the freeway.

i use cruise control as much as possible even on surface streets and my average after nearly 6,000 miles is 54.2 mpg

If you're getting anything above 50 MPG before you've put several thousand miles on the clock, I think you are doing above average. Good job!

my only sub 50 mpg tank was my first one and i strongly suspect that it was the dealers "not so full" full tank that was the culprit.
