Just a little correction on Michelle's statement......
You don't have to be the original owner to get a new vehicle extra care plan.....Even if its purchased pre-owned aka "used", so long as its under 36,000 miles and less than 3 years from the date of first use, you can purchase a new car policy.
If the car exceeds either of those limits, then you would have to get a used car plan, which would have to be purchased from the selling dealer at the time of sale.
