Obviously, on the American models the onboard computer shows the consumption in mpg. Here in Europe, the consumption can be expressed both in km per liter and liters per 100 km. Now the question is (and I know it's everything but interesting to you, but you do know the Prius better than we do here in Europe), is there some strange procedure you know about to switch from l/100km (which is the default and not very intelligible indication) to km/l? Do you know of some hidden setup screen where I could find that parameter? Here nobody seems to know the answer, yet this option is available to much cheaper Toyota models, and its hard to believe the hyper-technologic and consumption-friendly Prius doesnt have it.
