1) How many phones can you set up for the car as me and my wife both have bluetooth phones, also, how do you switch between then if we both have them in the car!!

2) Does the system work well with the Nokia 6230?

THanks

In the 2004 Prius Navigation Owner's Manual, see page 111, "(b) Select the Bluetooth Phone". You can have up to 4 phones, but you must manually switch between them.

One more comment. You CANNOT switch between phones while the car in moving. That function is locked out.
