It has been confirmed to me by a local news anchor who is also a prius driver that it is now legal for us to drive the HOV lanes alone. He sent me a link to the legislation recently passed if anyone is interested...YEA!
Colorado, as many other states, was wating for the federal government to OK this use. They had already passed the measure but were afraid they would lose highway money if they went ahead before approval.
I think once this is widely known we will see a significant jump in hybrid interest! cool.gif
