I turned off the display and I cannot turn it back on. I turned it off from "Display -> Display Off". Now, I can't see Energy Monitor/MPG and I dont see any "Display On" any where. How do I turn on the display?

Push the INFO button and then select TRIP INFO from the display.

This happened to me too and I couldn't figure out how to get it back on as there's no SCREEN ON. Here's what you do: press Info to the lower right side outside the MFD, then in the display, hit Trip Info. That's it.

Or just hit the info button on the steering wheel.
