This site costs me a bit to run so I was wondering if the Prius community would be interested in buying bumper/ window stickers promoting/supporting this site. They wouldn't be anything fancy just simple text

They would be individual vinyl leters with no background so they should look good with all car colors. I can get them made with two colors one for the outline and another to fill the letters. I'm leaning to White letters with Black outline so they can be easially seen if used in a window. The letter height will be around 1.5 inches.

If I can get at least 25 people to buy them, price would be $5 each

Yes, I would be interested. Frankly, I would like this site to become the defacto Prius board instead of the Yahoo site with all its advertizing and poor layout, features, etc.

Ditto on that! I'll take two. And here's another irritating thing about Yahoo: I tried to register a logon, using every conceivable variation of my name(s), initials, etc., and was rejected as "already in use." Baloney! I finally said "the [bleep] with it," having heard other negative things about Yahoo in the meantime. Priusonline.com rules!

I didn't make it clear before that the $5 includes shipping. So far I only have 8 people who said they want one.

Just wanted to let everyone know who has ordered stickers that I am having dufficulty getting them made. I have access to a vinyl cutter at the high school where I volunteer as an advisor for their EV team, but have not had the time to make many recently. I tried some a week ago but was not able to make the vinyl cutter work correctly...it would go 3 feet down the roll before it started cutting. I will ship out the ones I did get made this week, and hopefully I will be able to get more made soon.

I would buy one if...

If it had a cool tag line like the "Eat My Voltage" from toyota or "My car is technicaly superior to yours" or "Guzzlers Suck". Also you could probably drop the www to help shorten the sticker.

e.g. "Guzzlers Suck, PriusOnline.com"

I like bumper stickers, I just refuse to stick them to my car.

I've got a few taped to the bottom (inside) of my rear window.

I've seen some magnetic bumper sticker holders available, both on eBay, and on several bumper-sticker ordering websites. Looks like you could pick up the material at a craft store if you're so inclined. Magnetic backing which'll stick to your car (not permanent), and you either put the sticker directly on the thin flexible magnet, or there's a little plastic pocket on the magnet that you can swap stickers in and out of for use in the same magnet (after you get tired of them).

There are other alternatives to placing the sticker on your bumper, is all I'm saying.

One other possibility would be to offer the "www.priusonline.com" sticker with the adhesive on the *front* of the letters so you could put it inside the rear window. How about it, Pete? And while I'm at it, thank you for this terrific site! It's ever so much more user friendly IMHO than that exasperating y****! site.

I can definitly make the stickers reversed for sticking to the inside of the window. Just put your preferance in a note when ordering.
