brake light, abs, vsc and warning lights come on when driving, also buzzing warning 2007 prius

i took it in to the shop, i lease the 2007 prius. sporadically, this happens when driving. there does not appear to be any malfunction, brakes don't seem to be affected. the mechanic assures me that the diagnostics/brakes are all fine, but this continues to happen and needless to say i am a bit concerned. i thought it might be the 12 volt battery, or perhaps a sensor, but i don't feel safe driving it. i sometimes drive for uber and obviously this would not be a good experience

has this happened to anyone? any suggestions? i brought it back to the shop because it won't work for me
