Bluetooth Cell phone question

You can expect a shorter battery time when BlueTooth is turned on as the Bluetooth is a transmitter.ajwilkas said:My wife uses a Sony 916 cell phone, she has noticed that the phone battery only lasts 1/2 the normal time when used in the car with a bluetooth connections. Has anyone had a simular experiance?
