You are now allowed to use an Avatar (that picture to the left). It will show up next to all of your postings You can select your avatar from the avatar gallery which is accessed by clicking the link at the bottm of your profile. Be sure that you submit your profile after selecting a new avatar, otherwise it won't show up.

If you have a particular image you want as you avatar you can upload it to [email protected]. Maximum size is 80x80 pixels 6KB JPG.

Yeah just be careful of unanticipated results like the actual project here (http://homepage.mac.com/drash/HybridMaskBevelDropTrim.png) looking like the avatar on the left. I kept it anyway, because I created it.
