While looking at all the settings I can adjust, I noticed on my brand new 06 Prius that I can set the MFD to two different tyre sizes. Handy if you want to change wheel size.

From my own experience the best mod to improve your mpg is:

1. Change your driving style/habits
2. Increase your tire pressure
3. Lose weight or exercise more or ride your bike to the store instead
