Hi I had an aftermarket alarm installed by the Dealer after the sale (2004). It is not a Toyota alarm and is wrecking havoc on the smartkey.

I was told Toyota does not sell alarms apart from the one in the package ones that come with option 9(?)

Is there another alarm rather than the Toyota one? I need an impact sensor for New York City enviroment.

In another forum I got the part number for the alarm but my dealer did not sell me that one.
