WIth summer here, heat rejection is becoming a priority! I could use a reflective sunshade in back, but the hassle of storage and deployment make me hesitate. Too bad they didn't incorporate a roll-up sunshade into the hatch fram at the front/top. It would be nice to roll it out like the rear luggage cover. If it were incorporated into the frame it wouldn't be in the way when stored.

Thanks, Tidy! I wish it was built-in, so it would block as little as possible when open (are you listening, Toyota?), but this looks pretty thin, so it may do the trick.

I guess you could cut a slit in the plastic cover and hide the roll behind it and just have the shade showing. In our Camry, the roll is partly buried in the parcel shelf

I'll check it out-- the thickness of the top horizontal support of the hatch may effectively hide it anyway.

Alright. I always wanted that but never got around to getting one. If you do get one, tell me if the price on the website is US or Canadian. I've got a feeling it's USD but they have an office in Calgary too.
