I wonder if I can bought a Rav4 wireless fob (which has exactly the same details on the back) and program it on my 2017 Prius Hybrid?

Solution: You need a wireless fob labelled PRIUS. Some people claim those labelled CAMRY can work (once flashed) but I can't confirm.
