Does anyone know when the 2006 Prius will be made available for sale?

I'm pretty sure it will be out in October. Isn't that when most cars new-year are made available?

Reports from dealers put it as late November, around Thanksgiving.

I was told by the guy at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA that the '06's would be available in 8 weeks, ~$300 more MSRP.

November is the 2006 MY Prius launch. I have already about 20 or
so orders at MSRP and will deliver them by December 05 they are
going to be again the "Christmas Prius" that I have posted in "Dealers
Section" last Xmas 04 !
