Default VSC, ABS & Brake Orange warning lights continually on

My 2004 Prius has 42,000 miles on the clock. After return from 3 week holiday the car failed to start and I found Auxiliary battery measured just 7.6 volts. I hooked up jump leads & got the car successfully started but now the VSC, ABS & Brake orange warning lights are continually lit even after a round trip of over 120 miles. The Aux battery now measures 12.2 volts. On 2 occasions the warning lights did not light after a restart but now they fail to extinguish after starting as they should. The car is behaving normally on the road so I am not sure if the VSC. ABS systems are in fact inoperative. Could this just be a problem with the auxiliary battery which I will probably now have to replace or is there any other explanation?
