Default Drivers armrest unlock button will not unlock door

Can anyone tell me what could be going on with this? None of the doors will unlock from the drivers side but they will from the passenger side. I have a 2007 Prius

I believe there is a "child lock" button on the driver's armrest that disables all of the electric door lock buttons. It looks kind of like the other buttons, but when depressed, it either sticks in the DOWN position or returns to the UP position.

UP = Door locks ENABLED.

DOWN = Door locks DISABLED.
