Default Next Generation Prius -- no black buttons?!?

I presently own an 07, my 2nd Prius. I forget the number, but it has the Nav system and the CD changer. I like it. Was at dealerrship last week and saw two new Priuses [Pri-i?] and neither one had those great black buttons to lock with. Does anybody know anything about that system on the new ones? I really like those buttons and the smart key system; wish they wouldn't change that especially. Anybody got any info?

They updated the Smart Key System. It's now a touch-sensitive lock system instead of a push button. Go up close to one next time and take a look at the door handle. Locate two grooves. That's where the sensor is.

I'm not quite sure about this kind of systems... The more electronics is involved the more afraid I am it could break and cost me a fortune to repair tbh

If you're afraid of it, you shouldn't buy it...
