If it's the Toyota GPS from another vehicle that has been hacked to work on that year Prius (it could be done,) then just swapping the disc should do it. In general, the drive for the GPS system disc is under the driver's seat, but in a vehicle that had it hacked in, it could be anywhere.

My upgrade advice may be unwelcome: Just buy a current technology, standalone GPS and stick it on the dash. They are better, readily upgradeable and you don't have to take your eyes as far off the road.
